ABOUT LINDA GELDERS

I guide organisations, teams and leaders in transformative processes

where attention to people, inclusive collaboration and a culture of trust

go hand in hand with clarity, direction and results.

 

What drives me is the belief that real change happens when people feel seen and heard and are given the space to think, learn, and grow together. As a process facilitator, I create a safe and equal context in which the collective wisdom already present within the system becomes visible and all voices are given a voice. From this foundation, sustainable transformation can emerge.

 

I work with proven tools, recognise the gems and limitations of different approaches, and implement the most appropriate approach at the time to achieve the desired ambitions and goals. A customised approach is paramount.

 

Values like integrity , inclusion , responsibility , and sustainability are my guiding principles. Care and respect for everything that arises, form the foundation of my guidance. I work with gentle clarity, always connecting with what is alive in that moment. This creates space for movement, growth, and sustainable change from within.

 

The ambitions and goals of the organization, the team and the leader always form my guiding principle.

 

In my coaching I adhere to the ICF (International Coach Federation) skills and ethical code.

My story

I graduated in 1990 with a master's degree in economics. Later, I pursued my inner journey and in 2015 obtained a master's degree in psychoenergetics, a program in intuitive development aimed at realising your desires and your full potential as a person.

 

Born in Hasselt, Belgium, as a teenager I dreamed of a life of traveling the world. That dream unexpectedly materialised through my work: I had the opportunity to live and work in New York, Montreal, Toronto, San Francisco, the United Kingdom, and the Netherlands, among other places. There, I met people from different cultures and nationalities, an inspiring experience that forever broadened my perspective on the world. After six intense years of that nomadic existence, I felt the call to return to Belgium - from a deep longing to reconnect with myself and reconnect with myself.

 

This literal and figurative homecoming marked the start of my own business, through which I have been guiding organizations, teams, and leaders in their development since 2000.

Transformation from within

I see organisations, teams, and leaders as living, dynamic systems that are constantly in motion. They carry ambitions, goals, and development potential within them, and they want to realise them. At the same time, they sometimes get stuck along the way in recurring patterns, beliefs, or structures that hinder their effectiveness and growth.

 

My strength lies in helping us slow down and align, in making visible what no longer contributes, and in unleashing creative and collective potential. By looking differently and questioning existing assumptions, space is created for new perspectives and movement. This allows change to flow again, and development takes shape in a natural and sustainable way.

 

In my own life, I've also encountered patterns, beliefs, and obstacles that challenged me to see things differently and make more conscious choices. These experiences taught me the importance of slowing down and revealing the underlying patterns that guide our actions before making choices or taking action. This realisation forms the foundation of how I guide organizations, teams, and leaders in their transformational processes.

 

I look forward to embarking on this journey together and bringing movement to what wants to grow and change.
