Strategic Challenge
In the light of the liberalisation of the European energy market, a program was set up at Benelux level to develop and implement a Shared Service Centre (SSC) integrating the Finance departments of 6 Business Units.
This program was launched in order to:
Further develop the quality level by strengthening and professionalizing the finance function and establishing a sustainable strategic partnership with its internal clients.
Contribute to the cost reduction objectives that were set for the support functions.

Coach the Program manager and the 6 Finance managers in this integration
